Lymphoepithelial cysts in HIV

Findings:
Enlarged parotid glands containing innumerable small cystic lesions
Manifestation in HIV, unclear etiology
Soft, non-tender enlarged glands.

DDs: 
Sjogren’s syndrome.
Warthin’s tumors.
