• Distention of perioptic subarachnoid space – 45%
• Vertical tortuosity of orbital optic nerve – 40%
• Intraocular protrusion of prelaminar optic nerve – 30%

Consider Magnetic Resonance Venography to rule out cerebral venous thrombosis.
