Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis.
Sagittal T2 and T1w images of cervical spine shows:
Contiguous multi segmental flow ossification along anterior longitudinal ligament extending from C1 to D1.
No marked associated degenerative changes in discs.
Loss of normal cervical lordosis, instead straightening is seen.
No associated ossification along posterior longitudinal ligament (No OPLL)
Focal ligamentum flavum hypertrophy / ossification marked at C7-D1 level causing significant Cord compression.
