Crista galli prominence


A midline thick, triangular process projecting superiorly from the cribriform plate of the ethmoid bone.
The site of attachment for the falx cerebri.
A normal anatomical structure of no clincial significance.
Bright signal on this T1 w image is due to its fatty marrow.
