Prominent conoid tubercle


 A bone density projecting from the inferior aspect of the clavicle represents an enlarged conoid tubercle making an accessory articulation with the coracoid process of scapula.
Absent h/o trauma, bilateral and the smooth corticated margin point to a congenital origin of this anomaly and differente it from Post-traumatic ossification of the coraco clavicular ligament.
