CT brain salient features:
Possible DDs: Krabbes disease > GM Gangliosidosis.
Profund perinatal ischemia unlikely as there is no supporting history and periventricular leukomalacia.
- Hyperdense thalami.
- Cortical atrophy marked in frontal regions.
