In CT brain sections, the third image shows a dark line along the third ventricle, difficult to comment on CT being very close to the normal dark looking third ventricle. Thin axial sections may help. But definitely felt something abnormal so did MRI for better evaluation.
Sagittal and axial T1w MRI sections revealed a small bright stripe of lipoma under surface of corpus callosum as an incidental finding.
No associated corpus callosal anomalies, important to mention here.
