Cord demyelination

A 28 yo male with short history of both lower limb weakness.






                     











Sagittal T2 images show multisegmental contiguous abnormal intramedullary T2 hyperintensity involving cervico dorsal cord.
Signal abnormality is predominantly confined to center of cord on axial sections with mild diffuse swelling of cord implies to acute demyelination of cord.
